KENGO KUMA EXHIBITION IN ATHENS, GREECE
The opening of the exhibition "Onomatopoeia" by the renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma was successfully held on Saturday, February 8, at the former Public Tobacco Factory in Athens. The event was organized by Medexpo in collaboration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), as part of The Architect Show. As the lighting sponsor, BRIGHT actively participated in the exhibition “Kengo Kuma: Onomatopoeia,” which is inspired by a complex Greek word that combines “name” and “poetry”—two concepts rich in meanings and symbolism. The exhibition aims to link the voice of heritage with the sounds of the future. The event attracted a large crowd from the architecture and design community, as well as the broader cultural sector, who filled the hall of the Tobacco Factory and engaged with interest in the discussion about the philosophy behind Kengo Kuma's work.
